The enquiry form

The contact panel at https://www.cortex-university.com/about#panel-contact works without an account — you do not have to register to reach us. Choose the category that matches your reason: it routes the message and is the fastest way to a useful answer.

Anonymous submissions ask you to complete a short proof-of-work check. It runs in your browser, needs no interaction, and exists only to keep automated abuse out.

Reporting a security problem

If you have found a vulnerability, please report it rather than demonstrate it. Use https://www.cortex-university.com/about#panel-contact and choose Report a security issue — that category is flagged on arrival so a report is never triaged as routine mail.

https://www.cortex-university.com/.well-known/security.txt publishes the current contact point, following RFC 9116.

Please do not run automated scans against the site: they mostly generate noise that hides real reports.

Before you write

A few answers that come up often:

  • A code has not arrived. Check spam first; re-sending is deliberately throttled.
  • Locked out after failed sign-ins. The lock expires on its own; waiting is faster than writing, and further attempts extend it.
  • The Apply button is disabled. That is the level rule — see Applying and being accepted. The reason is shown on the card.
  • Content is not open after acceptance. The programme is probably priced and awaiting payment; see Enrolling, fees and payment.

Verifying a credential

Anyone — an employer, a registrar, a colleague — can check a Cortex credential at https://www.cortex-university.com/verify with the code or QR on the certificate. It needs no account and no contact with us. If a certificate does not verify, tell us at [email protected].
